Thank you for your interest in our Yoga. ReSoulution Yoga 101 Bowmanville is a classical Iyengar, vinyasa based studio, independently owned and operated in Bowmanville since 2009. Our culture is one of inclusion and diversity, where we strive to offer an appropriate style/level of yoga to meet the needs of anyone wishing to join our community.

Here you will cultivate a deep sense of peacefulness while advancing your practice under the guidance of our esteemed faculty of teachers.
