Hello and welcome to ReSoulution! We opened our doors to the Bowmanville community in 2009 as Yoga 101 Studio.
During our November 2015 expansion we added Massage Therapy and a Spa to our studio. We soon realized that the name Yoga 101 no longer fully described what we’d become. And so, the name ReSoulution (with a little Soul in the middle) was born. The word Resolution means: The action of solving a problem.
We now like to think of our selves as “A One Stop Zen Shop”. Helping our students and clients sort through all sorts of physical, spiritual, and emotional challenges is at the very heart of what we do.
